Often in society, “being emotional” seems to be unfavorable female trait. Emotions are a HUMAN trait. They are beautiful and messy and allow us to process situations and empathize with others. By acknowledging the beauty and power in emotions, maybe we can begin to heal some hurts and misunderstandings.
