Often in society, “being emotional” seems to be an unfavorable female trait. This societal training starts young.
Emotions are a HUMAN trait. They are beautiful and messy and allow us to process situations and empathize with others. By acknowledging the beauty and power in emotions, maybe we can begin to heal some hurts and misunderstandings.
